PEREZ FAMILY Hurricane Harvey Fund

I am Cathey Nickell, a Houston resident.

PLEASE help me support a family that is near and dear to my heart. I have known Sandra and Hector Perez (of Houston) for many years, along with their five lovely children. Their home in Pine Forest Village (zip code 77084) flooded at least 4 feet high during Hurricane Harvey, forcing them to evacuate by boat. They have homeowner's insurance, but they did not carry flood insurance. They also lost all of their vehicles in the flood. They have relatives that they can "bunk" with for a while, but they need funds to rebuild their home and restart their lives.

I am doing as much as I can, but I need help from my friends. If you are able, please donate and I'll make sure ALL the money goes straight to the Perez family, of course.  Sandra and Hector are honest, hard-working people, and their children are, too.  They clean homes for a living, and they also powerwash driveways, do home repairs and painting, clean windows, etc.

Sandra has not called me to complain, not even once. When I checked on her, the only thing that Sandra said to me was, "It's very sad, but it's okay because my family is safe."  I am so grateful for anything you can do, and Sandra and Hector will be grateful as well.
