Meet Percy — a sweet, young, and otherwise healthy pup who deserves a second chance. Percy came to Fresno Bully Rescue after being found as a stray and left behind near a local community hospital. Despite everything he’s been through, his gentle & sensitive spirit shines through.

During his initial veterinary exam, doctors discovered that Percy has a blocked salivary gland in his neck, most likely caused by trauma. This condition causes a large fluid-filled mass to form under his jaw, which continues to swell and can interfere with swallowing and eating if left untreated. Unfortunately, this type of blockage cannot resolve on its own — surgery to remove the affected gland is the only solution.

Once Percy receives this surgery, he can move forward pain-free and continue his journey toward finding a loving forever home.
