Pepper Spray for Asian Self-defense

Violence against Asians, especially the elderly, in the U.S. has skyrocketed in the last year. Our elders are targeted because they often do not have the physical capability to fight back, or speak English to report these assaults to the police. Even when they are reported, our justice system fails to punish the perpetrators.

Therefore, in response to this disturbing wave of physical assaults and murders of our community’s elders, we are trying to raise money to purchase pepper spray and hand them out for free to Asians in San Francisco’s Chinatown and other Asian communities across the Bay. 

We want to equip them with a cheap, reliable, and non-lethal self-defense weapon that will give them a chance to fend off would-be attackers. 

We are a group of 3 young Asians who are trying to provide immediate help to the Asian elderly in the San Francisco Bay Area. We plan to order a quantity of 1000 pepper sprays on Alibaba or Amazon with the donation at a unit cost of $1 each.
