Pepe's Fire - Holiday Fund

Some of you may already know that December 3rd at about 3am, the Pepe's kitchen experienced a tragic fire that destroyed all of our kitchen equipment and did smoke damage to the entire building. We have fought tooth and nail this whole year to keep things going through the pandemic, jumping over hurdles we know many of you have been navigating as well. Our beloved staff and our beloved customers have been by us through the whole process, and it has been an inspiration to feel the love and support from our whole community. We truly enjoy what we do, we love to serve you, and none of that has ever been possible without an incredible team. Our staff is family, and many of them have been by our side for several decades. As we are going through the insurance process to get back on our feet, it is a long and daunting road ahead until we are able to welcome you all back, the remodel will take several months. We simply aren't able to retain our team and take care of them the way we know they deserve. Much of our staff relies heavily on tips to support their families, and with Christmas coming up quickly, after an already tumultuous year, we are here now asking you to help us take care of our team, and help get them through the final leg of this difficult year. All money donated to this fundraiser will be distributed directly to our staff that have lost their jobs as a result of the fire and COVID-19 restrictions. Every single dollar helps ease some of the burden our team faces, and with your help, we can take care of these heroes that have been on the front lines making sure we all stay fed and happy through this scary year.
