Puerto Rico We Stand

Many of you have asked how to help my family since the hurricane Maria hit our Beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. So, I was encouraged to set up this fund. This is just a way to help me assist my mom, family, friends and others in my hometown, Peñuelas. They don't expect to have electricity on the island for 5-6 more months...the island is completely devastated. I am committed to helping the people of my Hometown located on the south of the island in the devastating. The short- and long-term effects of this damage is unimaginable. With your help we are raising funds to support on-the-ground efforts of getting much-needed water filtration and food to areas of the town that have been harder to get to. Money raised by this GoFundMe account will go towards getting the following items: *Generators*Battery operated fans*Batteries *Flashlights*Water/Food*Gas*Pampers for babies & elderly*Medicine*TransportationFunds will also support families with low income of Peñuelas and those who has lost everything. We will do our best to help our friends and families get in touch with their loved ones on the island. And, we will post updates whenever possible to keep you informed of our progress.Any amount helps!
