We are dedicated to helping children who live with High Functioning Autism who are unable to find success in our local schools.
The Penticton Centre for Exceptional Learning (Penticton EXCEL) opened its doors in September 2015 with space to support 12 children. Due to our growing waitlist we have made the leap and are expanding to be able to support more students.
We are in "construction mode", and need some financial assistance to finish and furnish our new space. We need a total of $50,000 to complete the project.
To that end, we have partnered with local company StruthersTECH who has generously agreed to match incoming donations up to a total of $20,000 (made April 1st through July 31st 2016).
We offer a quiet, emotionally safe, sensory-sensitive space with a high teaching staff to student ratio. Please help us support these students as they learn the real-world skills necessary for life as adults with High Functioning Autism.
