household needs and transportation

I am a 66 year old senior woman forced to retire with Epilipsy and seizures and now I am told I have early onset alzhiemers. I have no family. I used all I saved and 401 k to take care of my parents while they were alive to keep them home. While they lived love and life and someone to take care of them  it is not the same for me..

I am left here alone I am trying to reconcile what the future holds and realize that I am sunk. I am $50 over the state of Michigan limit for assistance. I worked for 24 years at Delta as a Flight attendant purser. I spoke   with  many people in many languages.  This is where I am and what I need. I am $8400 in debt in medical billls. I live in my parents house that has needs for improvement most importantly insulation. I can drive again but my car was hit and I need a new tie rod. (I would be unable with my income to buy a newer car.) Lastly,  due to the state of the illness and inability to keep my bills up I am in need of 2015 and 2016 taxes or 5000 to catch up  my house is paid in full. I recieve 1467.00 a month in social security a 1000 pension but that barely covers bill.s  Wost of all is I need the transportation to get to and from the dr.  I have one son but he refuses to help me as he feels he did not recieve an inheritance from his grandparents and it is my fault.  Therefore I am unable to see my grandchildren as I have no transportation so I guess he feels no responsibility to help me. I alo pay 200 a  month for insurance.medical i otherwise the prescriptions and copays would be enmourous. Thank you for reading this.
