Penny and Steve's Tornado Damage

This is a GoFundMe page for my friends Penny and Steve. They suffered extreme damage from the tornado in Wisconsin on Tuesday August 28th 2018.
This is their retirement dream home, and they need help to restore it to what it was. They have a tree that landed on their house, and to remove that tree requires the removal of dozens (if not more) of the surrounding trees.
Unfortunately, insurance does not cover most of the tree removal costs and they have lost over 500 mature hard wood trees!
Luckily they were able to get out from the house after the tornado, due to the heroic efforts of several local volunteers and fire departments who have helped. Because of this half of the money raised will go to those departments as they deserve recognition for their help, and it might pay forward to help someone else.
These funds will be withdrawn entirely by Penny Jesse or Steve Samson, and they will disperse the funds to the tree removal or volunteer services, I will have no access to the funds at any time.
