Penny, my ESA needs serious surgery

Update: Penny needs this surgery as soon as possible, I'm getting sent back to Mayo Clinic for treatment in November for 2-3 weeks, we’re running out of time before Penny’s other knee could go and create arthritis, never allowing her a pain free life.
Penny my emotional support dog, a three year old shepherd/collie mix who was a rescue starting to have trouble with walking. At the age of three, she is extremely active. Her change in behavior happened around late Sept. She was put on pain killers and told me to not allow her to be active for 3-4 weeks to allow her to heal. the medication sent her to the ER for liver & kidney failure. At this point Penny is not able to put any pressure on her left back leg, jump in and out of cars, or walk properly up and down stairs. She was not putting any pressure on either of her back legs, unable to walk, and crying from pain. We arrived at the vet for x-rays and blood work. Results came back that penny had a cruciate ligament rupture; this injury usually affects the anterior or cranial (front) ligament. A full cruciate ligament rupture is usually extremely painful and the knee joint becomes unstable, resulting in lameness. Penny being a medium sized dog, would only have the option of having surgery done. I had an estimate done for a TPLO procedure = $5,000, not including any difficulties or the three months of physical therapy she will have to go through once the surgery is completed. Penny is my emotional support dogthroughout my illnesses, as well as my best friend.
This all happening shortly after I was diagnosed with stage 3, T-Cell Lymphoma. The past 6 months to a year, I haven't been well enough to work. I now am working very part time, which does not allow me to have enough for Penny's surgery. Taking a loan out isn't really an option, due to my medical bills and what I owe currently to all the hospitals through this diagnoses. Watching her in pain brings tears to my eyes, the love you have for your pet, while they are family, that love is untouchable. I'm asking for your help because I need it.
