Pelm Family- Tubbs Fire Relief

The Pelm family- Jay, Phae, Lincoln (8) and Mason (6) were evacuated from their home and property near Safari West late Sunday night, when the Tubbs fire ravaged the area faster than anyone could imagine. They escaped unharmed, but their property, home, animals, and all of their belongings were not so lucky. They left in one car with just the clothes on their backs, and have been staying with friends and family in the area.
Their home was a labor of love- Jay had been working bit by bit on it over the years, and the family loved raising goats and chickens in such a beautiful location. Jay was able to visit the remains of all of their hard work, and there is truly nothing. Cars were melted into puddles of metal, no walls remain.
These fires in Northern California are causing so much trauma and loss- this is an opportunity to help with one of the families affected.
Anyone who knows the Pelms can attest to how positive, loving, and humble they are. Now is no different. They have been trying to keep positive spirits and laughter in a time of uncertainty and loss. Any small amount will help ease the burden of the long trek they have ahead of them.
