Pele's mothers burial

This sad event occured 1-30-18. i was working at an event when Dylan, my 12yr old called me and said he had walked in on my wife crying and she wouldn't tell him what was going on. i told my son to go ahead and get ready for school and proceeded to call my wife whom after several try's, told me that my mother has passed away in Ghana. To be sure, i called my brother in Ghana who comfirmed that my mother ( Rebecca Thompson ) whom we all called Becks had suffered a heart attack. She was having a hard time catching her breath and unlike most developed countries, emergency medical help wasn't readily available and efforts to get her to the ER was too late as she was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital at the age of 69. Becks was a very loving mother who was the rock of our family and it's very sad to see her leave us at a young age. `we hope and believe she has rejoined with our father who passed in 2015. funeral arrangements are still in the works and i'm hoping to rejoin my 2 brothers to give her a deserving farewell. i will like to also thank all the AVT team for their support and words of comfort.
