PEEK Design Intern in Botswana

Summary:
I'll be working as a design strategist intern with PEEK Vision Ltd at their Botswana location. There I will be helping with design strategy and user testing of products they've developed. They, unfortunately, lost funding for to pay for internships, so I am looking at all the sources the internet can provide for me. Any and all funds you can donate would immensely help. I have been given an amazing opportunity to work in a field that I am passionate about and travel to a new place I have never been, but I would also like to not struggle with rent and buying food while I am there. So donating even a dollar, or sharing this post is extremely appreciated.

Job Description:
Penn student(s) will conduct a human-centered design exercise with multiple nurses and health care auxiliaries who have used Peek technology for school screenings in the Good Hope District of Botswana. Penn student(s) will design and iterate simple kits that encourage the optimal, efficient, and sustainable use of Peek and other mHealth technologies. The project outputs will be designs and further prototypes of a mHealth Kit that will support and optimize the national implementation of Peek Botswana, with the intent to expand their use to other partnering Peek countries. Student(s) will be expected to spend at least one week working in the field, staying at the designated accommodations within that district.
What the money will be spent on:
I would like to preface this with how grateful I am for any donation, however small, it helps immensely. Since starting school, I have taken a financial hit and am lucky and privileged enough to have friends and family help support me when I have needed it. While being aboard, unfortunately, I will still have to pay some bills that are due back home. The money will be spent accordingly as listed below.
Just reaching part of this goal would be a huge financial relief and want to express how thankful I am to all the donors.
Expenses:
Flight (RT) - $2,000
**Housing (in Botswana) - $1,800
REDUCED HOUSING > now $ 500
Food - $400
1 week in field (1 person) - $1,000
Incidentals (project materials, etc.) - $200
bills/payments need to cover - $900
**In person donations = + $500
Total = $6,300
IPD Scholarship = + $1000
New Total = $3,500
