Pedro's Top Surgery

My name is Pedro, I'm 22 years old and I'm a trans guy from Portugal, currently transitioning. My ultimate and main goal right now is to have my top surgery done but I don't have enough money to since my mom is not working at the moment for medical reasons and all the money I got from working was to pay for my own living but right now I'm not working as well because to have a  special health insurance in Portugal which makes the top surgery cheaper, I can only be studying. For that I am asking you to (if you can and are willing to) help raise money and if you don't have any possibilities, sharing this would be helpful as well! Binding constantly is getting unbearable and I can barely bind anymore without feeling constant pain and discomfort but staying at home all the time is not good for me, that's why I need the surgery so urgently.
