Good morning,
Some of you I’ve been fortunate enough to be introduced to, but for those who don’t know me my name is Natalya Andryo (now Morgan) and I’m one of Terry and Maria Andryo’s four children.
I’m reaching out to all of you for two reasons;
About a month ago our Dad, Terry was diagnosed with early stage Parkinson’s and most likely hasn’t mentioned it to you at all - #TypicalTerry
He wants to make change for the next generation who will have to deal with what he’s experiencing today.
So, my siblings and I have organized a fundraising experience (against his will of being both a Poster Child and having a Tag Day for him) to gather friends, family and the community together for fun, because its engrained as part of our of family values to do such for each other. Together with YYC Cycle we have created an afternoon of community, connections and awareness to take place on June 25th at 2:30PM. We’ve set a goal of $10,000 for this event which will be directed to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research of Canada, with any excess funds going to the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre, as he loves what his friend Sheldon is doing to make a BIG change for kids.
