Peaceful Ethos - Holistic Healing Arts Center

Dear loved ones, I am in the process of opening Peaceful Ethos, a non-profit holistic healing arts center in Darien, GA. The concept for this beautiful open space is to provide a venue for healers, artists and activists to share with and inspire the world with their visions. Some days there will be yoga, other days perhaps a play, or live music, all the while offering holistic practitioners a space to work throughout the day - with a herbal medicine and crystal shop.
The soft opening is set for April 4th! Just in time for Darien's famous Blessing of the Fleet festival April 5-7th where sailboats come from all over the world! It's coming quick, and in order to get up and running in time, we are in need of some extra funding. Every donation will go directly into the development of this non-profit. All of the folks I have involved now are donating their time. This is a beautiful time to come together and create a safe space to help heal our wounded hearts.
I am eternally grateful for all of your love and support. As the center gets up and running (probably closer to June/July) if anyone would like to hold a retreat or put on a performance, please feel free to contact me.
cool side note... it is a live work space, so when you come to give workshops or put on a performance, there is an apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the rear. I'm so excited! And I cannot wait to meet you all on the grounding floor of this beautiful building in Darien.

Hey Friends! Just to be transparent about where your contributions are going... Peaceful Ethos is a start up non-profit business offering holistic healing arts to the community. As founder and owner, I, Heather Frase will be depositing these funds into a new bank account under my name, separate from my personal spending account where the funds will be used to set up the space, pay for legal fees, and the soft opening April 4-7th. The approval for the non-profit can take anywhere from 2 months to a year, so as of now we are an LLC awaiting approval for non-profit status. I have a group of investors donating their time and effort to the space. As of now, there are no paid employees.
