Peace for Debbie

Donation protected
Debbie Ann Noyes was a much loved daughter, sister, niece, aunt, cousin and friend. She was a bright light with a good soul. Debbie was born a healthy girl, but became mentally handicapped at a very young age, due to a doctor's error. She had a difficult life with a lot of hard times, but she was very much loved by her family and friends. At the age of 61 this year things started to change, Debbie became less interested in daily life and became depressed. She lost interest in eating and visiting her friends in the neighborhood. She just wanted to stay in bed all day and even at times her sister Robin had to almost force her to eat. One night while she was trying to eat, the food became lodged in her throat and she couldn't breathe. Her sister Robin tried the Heimlich maneuver and the paramedics were called. When they arrived she wasn't breathing. The paramedics revived her but the family found out 2 days later she was deprived of oxygen for over 10 minutes and they were told she would be in a vegetative state. Debbie was in a coma on life support and in less than a week the doctors said because of her brain damage she would never wake again. Her family said a very difficult goodbye last weekend and the machines were turned off. On Tuesday September 26th Debbie lost her battle and passed away peacefully.

Debbie's family is very grateful to all who have reached out to them and would like to offer this avenue for anyone who would like to further help them during this very difficult time. As of the result of all the medical, funeral and burial expenses Debbie's family is in tremendous need of support at this time to help off set these expenses. Thank you so much for taking the time to read and understand this sad situation and thank you for your kindness.
