Peace And Love Movement     #PALM2020

Movement Mission Statement: To spread the message of Peace and Love on a foundation of Respect for all. Uniting people under the PALM umbrella to make the world a better place.

Respect for all. Promotion of Peace and Love. No agenda, no politics, no judgment, no prejudice.

Positive promotion only + Positive action = Positive results.

We are raising funds for our new movement which started 1st January 2020. Our main aim is to fight the terrible knife crime epidemic that is sweeping across our country, affecting young people and devastating their families and friends. The funds we raise will be used to purchase knife amnesty bins. We have just purchased our first two and they will be in place by the end of the month. These will give people the opportunity to get rid of their weapons, in a way free from any judgement. We are also using donated funds to purchase our emblems which are distributed for free. We are holding events to spread our message of Peace and Love and Respect for all and to bring about awareness of our new movement and our plan.

We plan to petition Parliament for changes in the law surrounding knife crime, once we have built up more of a following on our social media. We have some really good ideas and we welcome all positive input.

We plan to make a donation to Steel Warriors. A fantastic charity doing amazing things. Engaging young people and mentoring them and showing young people affected by violence that there is another way, another choice. You need to see some of their videos - they are very inspiring. These guys "....melt down knives taken from the streets and re-cycle the steel into outdoor calisthenics gyms".  Have a look at these guys too at:

We are also raising funds to make a donation to Haircuts 4 Homeless UK. These guys are simply wonderful they understand what a good haircut can do for a person, not just outwardly but inwardly too. We have a lot of admiration and respect for this charity. One of our amazing Mums gives her time for free to volunteer here. Have a look at what they're doing at:

We are a collective of unhappy Mums. Our kids are being killed, our kids are in danger and we've decided to try and do something about it in a positive way. We are all working Mums and we are all really busy working on this  (in-between making packed lunches, doing the school runs and taking them to swimming classes).  Please follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and donate anything you can afford no matter how small. We are so grateful for anything you can give, we The Mums are all putting in our own money to purchase our initial batch of emblems to get the ball rolling.
