Dean Dobbins Medical Expense Fund

I am reaching out asking for financial help for a very  loving, hard working PROUD seventy year old man that I am so proud to call my husband.  A man that has devoted his entire life to raising five children that are now adults with family's of their own. That even now as he has suffered thru the last 15 months with this devastating chronic illness  he has still tried to continue to go to the ends of the earth for us all, to see that I and our kids /grand kids and everyone else is ok and  to make sure the grand kids have been filled with love , custom made pawpaw stories still showing up at birthdays and everything  that they may have needed within his reach. I have came here asking for everyone to open their hearts  and if you feel financially able and  or can even help in a small way as he had worked even when suffering with this illness up until Dec.12 th of last year (2014) to keep our home, utilities on and  food on the table and money to put back for if/when things got bad, but this illness took down my strong husband that thought he was invincible and even then,  he thought he would be stronger than this disease and he would get better but he has continued to get worse thru this all because we could not afford the proper meds and treatment as medicare only covers so much and his body was resisting all the drugs he was being administered ... so things did get bad. And on August 14, 2015 he was hospitilized and within a week while hospitilized went into septic shock and was rush to ICU  after suffering a heart attack and trauma to the heart and massively low blood pressure resulting from contracting Grams - Rods / Ecoli in the blood stream and we about lost him early Saturday morning  but as of now I am so thankful that GOD knew all of us here on earth that love him still needed him more than HE does right now and my hubby still has many things to accomplish and lives to touch! So  after many test and specific antibiotics, blood pressure and heart meds steriods and humera injections we are seeing improvement and the goal is to be discahrge within the next couple of weeks but all the expenses are piling up as I had been unable to work as I have been by his side caring for him since December. The savings is now depleted  and his social security is minimal compared to our present living and medical expenses for this month and will be so for the month of September. I will be returning to work at the beginning of October to carry on where he has left off as the provider but today I come here asking for any help from friends family loved ones and strangers that have never even met him to please help  us  in our  time of need not to lose everything he has worked for his whole life and shown to his children and grand children  and myself what it is to be a responsible loving man with good Character and work ethics and what it means to be there to Love your family!  Please pray for healing for my husband and if you feel in your heart you are reading this request and want to give I thank you from my heart and from his and our family also, as he is so proud I am not even telling him until after he is better that I have asked for help  as he is one that has tried his best to always stand on his Own! Just wanted to add to this after me originally posting and not planning to share this fact with him until he was doing better and home I have decided to tell him about this fund now rather than later as I wanted to be able to show him your loving donations and meaningful words in the messages that I have received it all has brought him to tears and he is feeling so thankful and blessed tonight that people he has never met have lent a helping hand.
