Medical bills/expenses and vehicle

Following my baptism on Sunday afternoon, I was involved in a major collision that caused my pancreas and small intestines to rupture. I underwent 3 emergency surgeries and it is truly a miracle I am alive. I have been healing at a rapid pace and following all the Drs orders but it will be a long road to recovery and possibly 2 months before I am able to return to work. My parents have helped tremendously but it has put quite a financial burden on our shoulders. Anyone that knows me, knows I am the last person to ask for help. But this is bigger than me and God has a plan for our lives or I wouldn’t be here.
