The pictures above are of Luna our beloved pet boxer who through the course of her life developed various illnesses and was sadly put down at the age of 6.

Illness included pyometra which was life threatening, which the PDSA diagnosed and treated very well.

Spondylosis was the next which ultimately brought her life to an end.

Upon receiving the wrong diagnosis from another vets we went to the PDSA for a second opinion and they quickly and correctly diagnosed her with spondylosis. Because of the severity of her condition and amount of pain she was in, it would not of been fair to keep her alive.

The PDSA went above and beyond and helped a great deal financially and emotionally when Luna's life came to an end.

Just to put into perspective these surgeries along with consultations and treatments were well into the £1000's and far too much for us to afford.

The PDSA helped A LOT.
