Justice for Diesel

Donation protected
On 06/18/2015 my world changed. At about 3pm I came home to find my poor innocent Diesel murdered by the Clayton County GA Police. 3 .40 calibers to the chest and neck. No answers were provided to me or my family as to how he "really" ended up dead. The first story was that Diesel had broke his trolley and had rushed at the officer knocking on my front door and attacked her. Something didnt sit right with me. Diesel was not that kind of dog. No aggressive bone in his body. The most goofy little loving pit bull i have ever met. So when i asked for the reason they were even at my home to begin with my answer was. "We were here to do a knock and talk, with your permission we were going to walk thru your home and see if we saw any illegal activity going on?" a neighbor had suspected i sold drugs!!!! Crazy!!! I am being evicted from my home as we speak! I will be homeless in a week. With evictions on my record now, we have no where to go. I was left with the blood, feces and chest matter from my beloved pet to clean up. They would not release Diesels body to me or even let me view it. I knew something was off in that instance. I demanded his collar off his neck! Demanded again, finally was given his collar from his lifeless neck. It was perfectly intact and not broken in any way. His trolley was still petfectly intact as well behind the fenced in yard Diesel was always contained in, I asked did the police have a warrant to enter an extension of my property. They told me no 3 times they didn't have a warrant and couldnt provide one. I made them keep repeating it for their body cams. Which they deny are there. This was my friend, my baby boy and he didn't deserve this. When I asked the animal control supervisor that was there she said "Your dog would not have been dead, had I been properly called and notified." "He was dead on arrival" they didnt even call animal control to come properly detain my dog if he had indeed gotten off as stated. They would not let me bury my pet. They took his body from me. I wanted to grieve and lay him to rest. Nope! I was so heartbroken and devastated. Why couldn't I bury my pet? I then asked the Sergeant who was there to provide me with the identity of who killed my dog. He said it was confidential and refused to give me a name, badge number, car number. ANYTHING AND I GOT NOTHING. She had fled the scene after the shooting. I was in disbelief. I felt violated. Harassed!!! Most of all scared. I was left with no report, no case number or even an answer as to why the cops broke my 4th amendments. No warrant, they were in my back yard. They lied said he broke his collar, never happened. Didnt follow protocol and issued me 7 citations on a dead pet. So inhumane. I was disgusted at the way they treated me and they had just MURDERED my pet. No apologies NOTHING!!!! I went to Internal Affairs the next day and started an investigation. I gave him all the photos and videos I had taken of the scene. Entered it and signed. My next stop was Animal Control who is also ran by our Sheriff's department. What a coincidence huh? I demanded Diesels lifeless frozen body. Ms Jones finally said this is enough she took pity on me and put my pet in the back of the trunk. I will never forget how it squatted the car from the dead weight of my little man being placed in the trunk. We buried him in a secret location. Upon us burying Diesel the bag ripped and my beloved pet fell to the ground. I saw everything the Clayton County officers were trying to hide in thag moment. Diesel was executed behind his neck!!!! How was he attacking as they had told me but he was shot from behind, my poor baby never saw it coming. That shot did it. The maniac woman who is an officer and still unidentified then fired two more rounds that blew his chest out. This story instantly became fishy again. Still no Justification for my pet. I didnt stop there. I have since reached out and have 3,000+ views on the video and 143 signatures on his petition. I wont stop. It caught the attention of a wonderful woman who runs a National Organization. She has since guided me and feels that something was terribly off as well. She recommended I exhume my dogs body and get a necropsy preformed immediately. I had had Diesel buried for 3 days at that time. The hardest thing I have ever done was digging my best friend back up, I will never forget the smell of my decomposing pet. It has mentally scarred me. His remains are at the vet in the freezer now. I have a wonderful man to preform the necropsy but I have no money. I have never asked for help but without it I am afraid Justice will not be served. Please help in any way you can. The money will be used for the necropsy and to cremate his remains. He has went thru enough. I just need answers and unfortunately i cannot pay for them myself. Please find it in your heart to donate. When i am in a position I vow to help others in any way or form. God has blessed us with my female who just gave birth to 7 of Diesels puppies. 4 of them are spitting images of him so on a day to day basis i see my Diesel still around me. Please help get Justice for the sweetest pup anyone has ever met. Thats right a pup! His FIRST birthday was 6 days AFTER his murder. Our family is shocked to the core from this but with God answers will be provided. This is a case I plan on taking to court and suing for. I was violated, my rights were, my safety was and so was Diesels life. #JusticeforDiesel
