Carol Shiffner needs our help

Our friend Carol is in need of some assistance to get her home ready for winter. We all know how hard she works and takes care of her family and friends. It is time that we give back that same kindness she shows everyone in her life. 
Her water system needs an overhaul, including a replacment of a pitless adaptor, sub pump and pressure tank. This involves skill, labor and money. It is becoming increasingly important because winter is about to arrive and the heat in their home is hot water baseboard. If there is not running water, there isn't any heat. 
I have reached out to some of you individually, asking for help based on my understanding of your current trades. If you are reading this and you have the knowledge to help, please let me know. I am hoping that this can be resolved before winter, and preferably around Thanksgiving week.She does have a friend that has offered backhoe services to dig up the ground.
I am asking for funds  to purchase the parts to fix it , and  in  amassing  a skilled crew. The alternative is to try and raise a portion of the  job cost (estimated at 4-6k) to obtain a grant, which is the least desirable option.
