I need a new rig to do this work

So my current computer, a Dell XPS 8700 is dying a slow death. It's been having a lot of issues including freezing, lock ups, no BSOD's thankfully but still having problems.
I've upgraded various parts but it's still not working well as I need it to.
Unfortunately, I need a working computer to do the work of I Need Diverse Games, podcasting and streaming. Without a working PC, I'll be SOL and unable to do much of anything, and my laptop isn't powerful enough to do half the things I need to get done.
So I've put a list together from pcpartpicker.com and the pre-tax, pre-rebates, & pre-shipping total is about $1200 USD. So why is the total goal $1750? Shipping won't be cheap and since I live in IL, I'll still get hit with sales tax of about $120 or so. Lastly Go Fund Me takes a percentage so they will take about $160- $180 total processing fees.
Thankfully I don't need periphrials like keyboard, mouse, monitors, etc. But I do need a working and upgraded rig that I can manage better than a propriatory build like the Dell.
I know it's the holidays and a lot of folks have giving fatigue, so this is just a wish if you will, and if I get enough funds I'll build out or buy piecemeal until I can upgrade fully.
