PCMS Robotics Team at Worlds

My name is Curtis Nower, and I am the Robotics team sponsor at Platte City Middle School. A few short weeks ago one of my teams (8778Z) won the Excellence Award at the Vex State Championship in Rolla, Missouri. The award is given to one middle school in the state each year for being the best all around team.  As a result they were invited to the world championship tournament in Louisville, Kentucky! It’s an incredible achievement, and they are working hard to field a competitive robot there at the end of April.


We also need your help. As you might imagine, transporting a middle school team from Missouri to Kentucky for four days requires an immense amount of fundraising. Any donation would be greatly appreciated, and put towards the cost of our hotels and food at the event.
