<div>The reason I am fund raising  for this charity is because there is not enough help out there and it's not shouted out enough  and mental heath is a serious  thing .

<div>I was diagnose with Boredline personality disorder  14 years ago  which makes the brain unbalance  . I can be one day on a high and one day on a low there can be weeks and months with good and bad spells and there can be triggers that can lower your mood for no reason . Every  day can  come with a  battle .

<div>I want to give somthing back  because I have had the help that I need to get back into recovery

<div>Last year was one turn I wouldn't want to go back to ever again . To the point that I didn't  care about the  people  around me to the point I was writing letters to my love ones and planing ways to go  and then tempeted   suicide . People can say it's for attention and mental heath is not a thing .  But when its in your own head you can't  control it because it's controls you and it's a scary

<div>Year later I'm counting my blessing  I got that help to recovery I had my family and friends and made a few life changes and living my life how I want too . I'm lucky to still be here and that's down to the mental heath service
