PC For My Stubborn Friend

My friend Riley has poor management with his money, as he has spent it all on Mike & Ike's and Lil Darkie merch, while he's been saying he wants to be adamant on saving up for a PC. I'm even scared to give him this money if the goal is reached, because who knows if he'll even spend it on a PC but it's worth a try. With his new setup, he will finally be able to play games with the boys without running them at 30 fps. Most games he's not even able to run at all, so this would make his day and all of his friends'. Any amount would help and he and I would be grateful for even $1200 in $1 donations, just hoping to reach our goal in any manner. I will be sending the first $50 as I have always wanted this for him, and even have upset him when I've told him to manage his money properly. Hopefully the goal can be reached by Christmas this year, as it would be all of our friend group's huge present to him. It would mean the world to him and all of us,
