Payson Elite Athletics (501C3 Non-Profit Org)

Payson Elite Athletics is a 501C3 Non-Profit Organization raising money for local Payson, Arizona Athletic programs. We are currently spot lighting and actively raising money for the Payson High School Club Swim Team that has no federal funding available through the school this year. It will only be possible to make this happen with fundraising and donations. All the Swim Meets will be hosted away since they do not have a pool facility yet. The goal is to establish the team this year and next year they’re able to apply for Grants to build a High School pool facility.  The donations/fundraising will pay meet entrance fees, transportation costs, team training equipment, and Hy-Tek Team Management Software to record all the athletes times and meet entrance information. Estimated transportation costs is $3457. Estimated meet entrance fees $2000. Total estimated Swim Meet entrance fees and transportation expenses is $5500. State Championship entrance fee $300. Training equipment would include kickboards, hand paddles, leg bouy floats, leg bindings, team suit, swim parka (cover up jackets), and swim caps. We are so excited to say we currently have some Payson High School swimmers that have state qualifying times! We are headed to the State Qualifier swim meet @ Mingus. Will be hosted at Cottonwood Community Pool Oct 30 & Oct 31st. Boys on Friday, girls on Saturday. Together with your help we can make this dream a reality. With your donations we will build this other avenue of college scholarship opportunity. Donations accepted at Payson High School Bookstore, check’s can be made out to PHS Swim or can be dropped off at Gila Concrete check’s made out to: Payson Elite Athletics. These donations at the HS will be used for the Swim Team and so will Payson Elite Athletics in addition to funding the renovation of Taylor Pool to ensure its summer opening while funds are raised to build a new facility.
