Payment for Transcript

In the spring of 2017, I applied for a loan to continue my education at Trevecca Nazarene University, but that loan was denied. I had a balance to the school of over 8,000$ because of this. My wife and I haven't been able to pay anything on this loan because of our other loans and bills we have, so the school sent the bill to the debt collectors. We would deeply appreciate your help and support. Anything you can give helps. There was at one point some miss communication and miss remembering that caused some confusion. While I am unable to receiving my transcript I will not lose any credits that I have earned.
