Paying Tribute To Sonia Limon

My dear aunt Sonia, my mother’s sister, passed away last night with COVID. She was a light in all of our lives, always encouraging someone with a positive affirmation and always making people smile and laugh. Although she never had children of her own, she absolutely adored all of her nieces and nephews and treated us like we were hers. Our world will be a little darker without her. This loss was completely unexpected for all of us including my grandparents, whom she lived with in Mexico. The funeral home in Mexico will not give her a proper funeral service due to the pandemic. However, they will be giving her a proper burial today which still requires finances. Nothing can take this pain away from our family but not having to worry about expenses can take a little bit of the load off of my grandparents shoulder’s.
