Paying Tribute to Keith Sapp
I have set up this Fundraiser on behalf of my late father-in-law and his family.
At 1:10 Sunday morning, Keith Sapp woke up his wife Bonnie Jean Sapp asking her for his medication stating that his chest was hurting. As soon as his medicine touched his mouth, Keith clutched his chest and asked for an ambulance as he collapsed. When the first responders got there they tried resuscitating him. He had stopped breathing and was unresponsive. The ambulance rushed him to the hospital where they placed him in the intensive care unit where the doctors placed him on a ventilator. On Wednesday, the doctors did an MRI. The results were not good. The MRI showed that Mr. Sapp had a massive stroke causing major brain damage. The doctors told the family that if he did wake up, his whole left side of the body would be paralyzed. Thursday came and the doctors noticed Keith had a high fever with a temperature of 104.3. At 1:09pm Thursday afternoon, Keith passed away.
Keith Sapp was a loving husband, devoted father and wonderful papaw. He always put other’s needs before his own. He was a man of God who truly loved his family and always tried doing what was right. He never said no to a friend in need.
His family is asking for donations to fulfill his dying wish which was to be buried in his birthplace, Louisville, Kentucky, next to his mother and father. The cost to transport his body to his resting place along with the cost of the funeral itself is much to great for the family especially in times where most of the country has been affected financially by Covid. Any donations small or large will be greatly appreciated.
He is survived by his loving wife Bonnie Jean Sapp, his daughter Kelly Dawn Crock, son Keith Alan Sapp, son Adam John Sapp, his grandchildren Christopher Michael Felker, Kody Alan Sapp, James Thomas Sapp, Axel Dean Sapp, Leo Emanuel Dominguez and Arlo John Sapp. Siblings, Diane Sapp Chism, Roy Sapp, Cheryl Sapp Maxwell, David Sapp, Bobby Sapp
