Christie Hogarty is my BFF who I have known for 10 years. Please help support her & her beautiful family - husband John, 18 year old daughter Jorja and 13 year old son Max.
Christie was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2007 at the age of 36 and was treated with Chemo therapy with a good result. After this fight Christie started her own business - Gotcha covered. Christie learnt how to sew and started making head wear for women with cancer who were suffering hair loss due to Chemo therapy. Through her business she has mentored countless other women to keep up the fight with Cancer.
For the 10 years that I have had the honour of knowing Christie she has always thought of other people in need. She has organised and supported many fundraising events to help others who are experiencing what she has experienced. She is such a strong and independent woman ( whom very seldom asks for help ) even through her own hardship she is thinking of others.
18 months ago Christie hit more challenges with her cancer but she has still been fighting.
Her cancer is now metastatic - liver and spine, she is up for another fight and requires another round of Chemo therapy.
Please help support her & her beautiful family with the upcoming medical costs and a well deserved family break once she is through the fight.
