<div>After trying to make it better on my own, I'm desperate for hope through financial help to help pay for critical medical treatment and the accumulated bills. Inspite no comorbidities &amp; precautions, 30 days bedridden with severe Covid in 2020 started this. Unfortunately my health complications post covid were still severe and I was one of the first patients of the long covid clinic. Due to my new health complications I have a cardioligist, neuropsychologist, hematologist, electrophysiologist, neurosurgeon, rheumatologist, infectious disease specialist, gastroenterologist, autonomic disfunction specialist, and others on my care team. The miriad of diagnosis, including even my least which is called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome causes activities of daily life like standing or walking to make my heart race like running a marathon, and standing in a hot shower a thing of the past. Almost all autonomic functions of my body face some impairment due to damage and my autoimmune response deciding to attack my own body. To further complicate matters, a mass has recently been found on my pineal gland in the center of my brain and surgery is recommended as the only viable treatment is to remove the mass and entire gland. Unfortunately this surgery is a complicated one and my surgeon is in another state across the country and out of network causing more medical financial despair even to see for consultation and follow up care. So inspite private health insurance and a great job, I have accumulated massive credit card debt due to this which is currently over 60,000+ and plus thousands more in medical bill collections unresolved and still adding up. Our household income makes me ineligible for any financial relief programs but I have exhausted all available funds on treatment and medications, copays, and deductibles, surpassed my financial limit with past, current, and future medical expenses, and depleted all savings. I have always been the giver and have never asked for help before, doing so is very difficult for me, even though logically I know I should not be embarrassed by the situation, knowing all I do on a daily basis just to survive. I am in process of liquidating as much of my unnecessary belongings, cutting expenses in areas I can, and continuing to work hard to keep a steady income and basically fighting past my diagnosis often to the point of days of total collapse. Some days barely able to stand or see straight but managing full time work, a business, a family, and giving time and energy to my community and my convention family when able as I always have. I've been hiding my pain and keeping my problems private as I do, with a smile to hide it, and hugs and comfort and encouragement to those around me all without them knowing my own struggles so not to burden them. If I wasn't so deep in the hole and still facing crucial medical bills ahead, I wouldnt ask for help, but without help, without some generosity, I do not know how this can continue. I am at the breaking point of financial need for continued medical care. Any help will be so greatly appreciated, it goes beyond words.
