Paul's Metastatic Cancer Fund

My name is Paul Whited, and I am a 24 year old aspiring accounting major. Last year, when I was diagnosed with stage 3 head and neck cancer, my life was turned upside down. I underwent surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, and was thought to be in remission. However, just a few weeks ago, doctors found signs of a metastatic lesion on one of my ribs (around 2cm by 4cm) as well as a small lesion on my femur (around 3mm). 

This came as quite a shock, as I thought that I had put this all behind me last year, but I will be facing this fight again. Because of the pattern in which the cancer has spread, my oncologist has told me that it worries him about the cancer's aggressiveness. Therefore, he has recommended a strong in-patient chemotherapy routine to attack the cancer aggressively. 

I will be receiving three different chemotherapy drugs (cisplatin, taxol, and 5FU) for five days in the hospital every few weeks. After every third treatment, my condition will be reevaluated and treatment modified if need be. 

Unlike last years treatment, which was a set six and a half weeks, there is not set timeline for this treatment to end as of now. Therefore, I am unsure as how to long medical bills and expenses will continue to pile up. All money raised will be used towards medical expenses, grocery bills, and medication.

I am certain that I will defeat this challenge once again and my entire family thanks everyone for any assistance at all (even just a share)!
