Hello, my name is Jayson. I'm setting up this GoFundMe account on behalf of my mother Paula; who needs money for her deductible to get an MRI so she can see an orthopedic surgeon.
My mother is a strong independent single-mom; a women whose worked two and three jobs to ensure that I was given every opportunity to have a better life growing up than she had.
My mother injured her right arm and shoulder on May 24. She consulted with multiple medical professionals (M.D, D.C, N.M.D) they all diagnosed her with having frozen shoulder. She spend the following month "June" doing frozen shoulder exercises but after numerous sleepless nights and excruciating pain she went to the E.R on July 5. They took several x-rays with multiple views and her doctor expressed concerns that she might have a tear in her rotator cuff because he had experienced similar problems and recently under went rotator cuff surgery himself. Then, he strongly advised her to contact an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation.
My mother needs to meet her $2000.00 deductible before her insurance will pay anything.
