Paul Ezekiel's Surgery

Paul Ezekiel, young son of Anglican Bishop Diing in Sudan, had brain tumor surgery in the USA at age 5, and the tumor has now returned at age 10. A pediatric surgeon in Israel who specializes in this surgery will do the procedure for no charge, and he has negotiated the hospital charges down to $30,000 provided there are no unexpected complications. We figure travel and lodging for the expected 1-month in Israel will cost about $10,000 and credit card fees for the donations at about $1,250 (roughly 3%) for a total of $41,250. The money must be in-hand before the Medical Tourism agency in Israel will approve the travel there.

This effort has spread across a couple of months now, and little Paul is growing very weak, but his faith in Jesus is strong and he encourages his parents to have faith also. Paul says to his parents, "Father, Mama do not worry and become weak about my sickness. God is good and He is in control of my life.  God is good, He will save me, He is my friend, He loves me. He will not abandon me to the power of death." 

We are asking for each person to donate at least $50.00 if possible, but we are grateful for donations of any amount. The doctor says he is ready to do the surgery as soon as possible after Paul arrives. We continue to pray for Paul's healing, whether it is by God's miraculous hand, or by God opening the way for the surgery.
