On Tuesday March 20th, 2018, Our General Manager of POWERHOUSE GYM OF AVON, Patty LeFebvre, had Major Emergency Surgery to repair a Perforated Bowel. As a result of this surgery, she now has a Colostomy on the left side, to aid in the process of the healing of her Small Intestines. And, an Ileostomy to aid in the healing on the right side of her Large Intestines. These are openings on her Abdomen that take care of her waste products. These will allow her Abdomen and Intestines to Properly Heal.
She will need to have the temporary Colostomies, 8-10 weeks, before having the Reconnective/Reversal Surgery.
That being said, she will have a Very Long and Challenging Recovery process ahead of her. She will need the time to Emotionally and Physically Heal and adjust to her new lifestyle and the daily Challenges that come with Major Lifestyle changes, such as this.
Your Positive and Healing thoughts and Energy, to help Support her in whatever ways that may be possible, will be genuinely appreciated.
