<div>If you knew <a href="https://www.mommysbusy.com/the-pat-mccallum-you-never-knew/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pat McCallum</a>, you know that the only thing he loved as much as comic books (possibly more) was cats. He always had a soft spot for the little furry guys.

<div>Early in my career, I shared a house with Pat and a few other co-workers from Wizard Magazine. Pat came with 3 instant-roommates, though. The acrobatic-yet-always-petrified Broccoli, the more-more-dough-than-fur Muffin, and the most-evil-and-vicious-little-black-cat-you-will-ever-meet Pee Wee Soup. Each had their own very distinct personality and each was treated with equal love by Pat.

<div>We may have lost Pat, but I'd love to keep his memory alive by raising money for the <b>Hudson Valley Humane SPCA</b>. It's the local humane society and if we can help make this world a little more comfortable for even just one cat, I know it would've meant the world to Pat.
