Patrick's ACL Surgery

Hi, my name is Patrick. I am a 7 year old Golden Retriever. I need a very expensive operation, for a torn ACL, but my owner is on a fixed income and works as a crossing guard. Can you help me? You may have seen me around town on walks or at school waiting for kids to cross. I'd love to continue walking and saying hi to all of my friends.
