Patrick Gilbert's Kidney Transplant

My brother, Patrick, is in need of this third kidney. We have a donor, my cousin Jeff, so we are fortunate to have this aspect of the transplant crossed off the list. However our problem is that Patrick is sick and cannot work. There have been many delays in the process and he is unable to work during this time nor will he be able to for a few months afterwards. Right now the hospital he was supposed to get the transplant done at lost their ONE doctor who does transplants and is now going through another process to get everything transferred to a different hospital. It seems like communication is extremely difficult in order to get the ball rolling.

Anything anyone can donate would be a huge help in order to get Patrick healthy again and keep him floating til he can get on his feet again.
