Patrick's Wish Upon A Star

Patrick is an amazing person. He is 57 years old and has worked at Stokes for over 20 years as their produce and bakery manager. He taught karate in the 1990's and 2000's and he and his dojo were even featured in the movie Napoleon Dynamite. He donated his time to the community by volunteering with the Chamber and hosting the Easter egg hunt for 5 years. He has a loving wife, Cindy whom he adores,  4 sons, 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  He has lived in Preston, ID his entire life. He has given so much to the community and now I hope the community he loves so much, along with his family and friends,  can help grant one of  his final wishes. 

Patrick has  GI cancer that has now grown to half of the size of his stomach. Unfortunately due to the size and location, it is inoperable. The cancer has now spread to his lungs, making his diagnosis stage 4 cancer. His physician estimates he has approximately 12-18 months of life left. Patrick has one final wish and that is to spend a week at Disney World with his wife to enjoy some of the final days he has left at the happiest place on Earth. I was contacted by Chris, Patrick's son and one of my closest friends, to help plan this final vacation for Patrick and his wife and I felt compelled to help make sure that this is the most memorable and enjoyable trip for them. What better way to help them do so than to surprise them with help funding their trip?  Their one week at Disney World, along with park tickets will cost around $3400, while 2 round trip tickets from Salt Lake City to Orlando will cost around $900. I am hoping to fund their entire trip as well as send them with a preloaded Disney gift card to help pay for their meals. If you are more comfortable sending Disney gift cards, that would be great as they can be applied to the balance of their trip through Disney. I would also gladly provide reservation information for anyone wanting to contact Disney directly to pay towards their reservation.
