Tuesday afternoon, Patrick Neelley passed away unexpectedly. He will be deeply missed by all. Patrick leaves behind his beloved wife, Joan, his children, Sara, Matthew, Jared, and Julia, his grandchildren, Lukeman, Isaiah, and Liam, as well as a large and loving family for whom the loss is incomprehensible.
Patrick's greatest joy was spending time with his family
and he was always giving back to his community.
He was currently serving on the city Economic Development Board and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Patrick was an avid hunter, and enjoyed NASCAR and watching golf.
