Pat McCormack's Poetry book in aid of MMHA

Pat McCormack is a local businessman and has a long track record in fundraising for charity.
In recent years he has partnered with the Mayo Mental Health Association to help promote positive mental health, wellbeing, and awareness in society.
Pat has written a book of poems titled Escape to Within. His poems convey messages of love, truth and hope while acknowledging the challenges that life presents to us all. He wants to show people who suffer from depression, anxiety, and negativity that there are positive ways to help deal with these issues.
The proceeds of the book sales will be donated to the Mental Health & Wellbeing programme for Students through MMHA.
Book price: €12.50 including postage, €14.50 international.
