In 2019 Kei Ohdera and John Schaible embarked on a project to open Pasture, whole animal butcher shop serving sandwiches in Portland, Oregon. We will offer the transparency and honesty you expect from your butcher. By sourcing Oregon's best dairy cows, beef cattle, pigs, chickens, lamb and sheep, we intend to bring a variety of high quality product and flavors to market. Our goal is to support the community that we live in, and it is important to us to be able to visit our farms and talk to the them about their practices.
