Pastor Edwards Ramirez Bone Infection

This has been a really rough year for Pastor Edwards health, after having a partial foot amputation. He continued to be encouraging and hard working, glorifying God as he recovered. Unfortunately, it was discovered that there was infection in his bone, a super bug infection that wasn’t being stopped by regular antibiotics. It’s called Enterococcus Faecalis, and even though he has had a successful surgery, it’s possible that more of his foot and possibly his leg will need to be amputated to prevent the infection from passing into his blood stream.

Each time he goes back he has to start the recovery process over again, missing more and more work. The doctors have brought in a specialist, and we ask that you would continue to pray that his team of medical professionals are able to stop the infection. Hospital stays are not cheap, and missing work on top of that means that bills begin to pile up. Pastor Edward and his beautiful wife Sandi are so humbled that brothers and sisters-in-Christ that they don’t even know would be willing to help during this difficult season. We’ll be updating everyone on his medical progress as he keeps fighting this infection.
