Bill and Melody Parker have impacted more lives than most. Not many couples can say they've helped someone off the streets, renovated someone's house who desperately needed the help, taught other people's children how to be good adults, brought others to Jesus, cooked for the needy, cleaned after the helpless or saved someone else's animal's life.
