What about the Children?

Donation protected

*May 24, 2021 The Parker family wants each giver to know how much they appreciate your kindness during this season.  Although we did not receive enough donations to secure any future endeavors for the existing children. We thank you for the impact you did make on this family. It's hard when your love one passes away without a life insurance policy, however, your kindness blessed us. We are shutting down the GoFundMe account as we know there are many other needs around the world. Thanks again, for doing your part to bring relief to the Parker family. Be Blessed!

I wanted to take a moment and say "THANK YOU". The Parker family is overwhelmed with the kindness of others during this time. We have children from 9 - 15 years young left to deal with the loss of not only their mom Christin, but their baby brother Lamello and their cousin Brandon. Yes, we say their names, they weren't taken because of illness, they were taken at the hands of a very sick person. The funeral services have been rendered and now they will live in their reality and loss. Again, "THANK YOU", what you are doing for these four is such a blessing. Thank you for seeing them in their weakness.

Just wanted to take a moment and share how incredibly difficult it was to see little Lamello resting on his mother today in that casket. Then to turn around and see the tears of Christin's beautiful babies Azyria, Jennieth, La’Zavion & Keterrious Parker. Their tears tore us up. But for just a moment, I want to say THANK YOU. Thank you for all those who are giving from a place of love, caring and  concern. The family was able to pay the entire funeral and grave site fees. You guys have been amazing. Whatever is left over will be to meet the needs of the children left behind, "What about the children". Because of giving people like you, they will have an opportunity to receive some of the things they need and maybe a thing or two they desire. Your continued thoughts & prayers for Christin's children is so appreciated. Tomorrow will be difficult to say good-bye to Christin, Lamello & Brandon Parker. Blessings to each of you!

*May 13, 2021 We are continually appreciative for each person that has given out of kindness during this time of tragedy. Friday there will be a viewing for Christin & Lamello at Miller & Daughters (Zachary, LA) from 4PM - 6PM. If you plan to walk-through, please be mindful of COVID restrictions required at Miller & Daughters, which includes wearing your face mask and social distancing. Loitering will not be allowed.

Brandon will have a walk-through at Craft Funeral Home (McComb, MS) from 5PM - 7PM with the same COVID restrictions in place, which include wearing your face mask and social distancing.

A graveside funeral for all three beloved will be Saturday at Oaklawn Cemetery (Centreville, MS) at 11AM.

We ask that you continue to spread the word and give as there are four beautiful children, who will have needs beyond what one person can provide. It takes a village and we are thankful for each of you showing love.  Let's continue to keep this family in our thoughts and prayers.

As most of us celebrate Mother's Day today, please keep the children of the late Christin Parker in your thoughts and prayers. The family also thanks each and every person for their sacrifice to give towards the funeral cost and prayerfully build a small cushion to assist with the children.  We thank you for your kindness! https://www.vuit.com/live/15979/WAFB/vod#2:19158388 (Balloon Release story is 1.45 minutes at the beginning of the news.)

The family is incredibly humbled by your acts of kindness & donations. Please keep them lifted in prayer as this has only just begun. Featured on WAFB

Christin Parker was a loving mother who died at the hands of an ex-boyfriend on May 3, 2021. But the story doesn't end there, when Christin's sister passed away years ago she immediately took on caring for her nephew Brandon, who was also killed on May 3, 2021. With all of that, her ex-boyfriend fled the scene with her beautiful baby boy Lamello in hand and to our disbelief her son was killed in the gun battle between him and the police. When we wrapped our heads around all of that, we looked back at four amazing young lives that have been changed forever. One of which was in the house during the entire incident.

We are asking family, friends, strangers and everyone in between to help. Christin worked at Walmart part-time to provide for her five children and unfortunately did not have life insurance.

Would you please find kindness to donate whatever you have to assist not only with the funeral expenses of Christin and Lamello Parker, but also to give a small cushion of relief to meet the needs of the children left behind. On behalf of the Parker family, we say thank you in advance.

**All donations are going straight to the Parker family banking account, less fees**
