Parents Day Out - Furlough Assistance

"There was not a needy person among them..."

This is what's described in Acts when Christians are of "one heart and soul"; a love that is vacant of greed, void of selfishness, and abundant in generosity. 

Friends, we have an immediate opportunity to demonstrate this love. As Covid-19 has forced the closure of countless businesses and institutions, the Parent's Day Out program has counted itself among those ranks. This impacts not only the outreach of St. Augustine's, but our ability to continue to employ those who daily acted as our representatives to that community of children and families. 

We are seeking to raise $5000 to cover payroll for our PDO employees furloughed during this crisis. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and we expect gradual openings to begin to occur, but let it be said of us during this time that “the church gave to all who were in need”. 

As Jesus said, "Your love for one another will prove to the World that you are my disciples."
