Parent PEP Talk (Parents are Exceptional People)

Parents are exceptional people who are on a journey with their child that has no instruction book. Since every child is unique, no one else has ever parented your child. Though your parenting experience is your own, there are universal concepts and tools that can help enrich every parent’s relationship with their child.

My passion is working with parents to build robust tool kits that help them have a more joyful, less stressful relationship with their children. Parenting has always been challenging, and the stresses of raising self-aware, confident, compassionate, autonomous children/emerging adults during a global pandemic have created unprecedented struggles for parents. 

I am raising money to cover the cost of making a professionally produced, multi-camera, highly impactful video.  Parents are Exceptional People Talk (PEP Talk) : The Seven-Win MindsetPurpose Parenting Website  

The video will be filled with groundbreaking tools, research-based concepts, inspiring deep wisdom that comes from my 40+ years of working with children of all ages in classrooms and informal indoor/outdoor settings, rigorously keeping current on the latest parenting research, and lessons learned from raising my two sons.

The money raised will go to the State Theatre in Ithaca, NY where I will film the video and work with the State Theatre's team in post production. Funds donated will help make this video possible. As a donor, you will know you are part of improving the lives of children and families by giving parents compassionate, practical, relation-based tools and guidance.

When parents watch the video they will gain keen insights into how to build an amazing, close, honest, fun, and inspiring relationship with their child(ren).
