Paraplegic mother in need

My mother has had over 40 surgeries in the last few years and is missing both legs as a result. She's a tough old gal at nearly 70, but last month her husband passed away and she's now on her own... on the other side of the country from me.
   She has to get her wheelchair in and out of her van on her own and everything else in life in her late 60s.... alone and without help. To boot, the flooring in her house is rotting and falling in due to water damage, and she's trying to live off of $718.00 a month Social Security.
   I'm trying to raise $30,000.00 to take a week or two off work, fly to Alabama, make the measurements, grab the material, grab a team of builders down there and replace the flooring in her house, part of her porch, build her a proper ramp, and something to make getting her wheelchair in and out of her van a little easier.

I know I can do this. I used to lead carpentry crews in Alaska and have over a decade of construction experience. But I'm a single father or 2 with no other family in the pic to help and don't have the money to just go out and do this.
This would pay for my flights there and back, her floors, crew & labor cost, ramps, the back deck rebuild, rebuild the portion of walls that initially lead to this problem and replace part of her roof and shingles to prevent future damage... and a spot where she can park her van to make it easier unloading and loading her wheelchair on her own.
She lives in the woods... so she needs a little docking spot for her van instead of the uneven terrain. And it will cover permits for the new additions since her husband passed.

She'd kill me if she saw this... so I'm not sharing it with her just yet.
She's been pretty depressed over the living conditions since she's had to  start doing it on her own... and I'm just reaching out to help make this happen.
