Paraglide Kilimanjaro - Raise the Roof

Drop Inn Community’s Operational Manager, Gareth Hayes, took up paragliding for his midlife crisis 40th birthday. Since then he has fallen in love with the skies and flies a lot around Donegal.

His dream of paragliding off the roof of Africa to raise rooves over the street kids in Africa is now in sight.

With the help of paraglideKilimanjaro.com, an organisation that takes expeditions up Mount Kilimanjaro to fly off the top, have accepted Gareth on the team in March 2024.

We, as an organisation, would love to raise the height of the volcano in Euros. That equals €19,340 or more.
